Terms of sale

These terms apply to every purchase in the Maison Cerisine online shop. The seller is Maison Cerisine Sp. z o.o. [TEST DATA], ul. Testowa 1, 00-001 Warszawa, Poland [TEST DATA], tax number 0000000000 [TEST], VAT number PL0000000000 [TEST], email hello@ecom-cuongtm.cerisine.com.

1. Orders

  1. You can buy without an account. An order is placed when you click "Buy Now" and the payment is accepted.
  2. We confirm every order by email with a link to follow it. The contract is concluded when that email is sent.
  3. Product photos show the item as closely as possible; colours may look slightly different on screens.

2. Prices and payment

  1. Prices are in Polish złoty (PLN) or euro (EUR) and include VAT of the country of delivery.
  2. The delivery fee is shown in the bag and at checkout before you pay.
  3. Payment is made through PayPal (PayPal account or payment card). We never see your card details.
  4. An order that is not paid within the time shown at checkout is cancelled automatically.

3. Delivery

Delivery countries, methods, fees and times are described on the Shipping page and shown at checkout. Orders are shipped from a warehouse in Poland.

4. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The Returns and right of withdrawal page explains how.

5. Conformity of goods and complaints

  1. We are responsible for the conformity of the goods with the contract for 2 years from delivery.
  2. To make a complaint, write to hello@ecom-cuongtm.cerisine.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We answer within 14 days.
  3. These rights are separate from the right of withdrawal.

6. Personal data

We process personal data as described in the Privacy policy.

7. Disputes

You may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This does not limit your rights under the law of your country of residence.

8. Changes

Orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed. The version and date of these terms are shown at checkout.
