Who receives your data

  • PayPal, to take your payment. PayPal also acts as an independent controller.
  • Our supplier, who packs and ships your order from Poland (name, phone, delivery address, items).
  • Carriers, to deliver the parcel.
  • Our email service provider, to send order emails.
  • Only if you consent: Google (Analytics, Ads), Meta and TikTok through their pixels.

Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by the GDPR.

How long we keep it

  • Order and accounting records: 5 years from the end of the year of the order.
  • Return and complaint records: until the related claims expire.
  • Consent records: as long as needed to prove the consent.
  • Analytics data: according to the settings of the analytics tool, at most 14 months.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction or transfer, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
