Returns and right of withdrawal

Your right to withdraw

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you, or a person you named other than the carrier, received the goods. For an order delivered in several parcels, it ends 14 days after the last parcel.

How to withdraw

Tell us before the period ends, in one of these ways:

• with the "Request a return" form on your order page (the link is in your order confirmation email), or
• by email to hello@ecom-cuongtm.cerisine.com, for example with the model form below.

We confirm every request by email and send you the address for the return.

Sending the goods back

Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us, to:

You pay the cost of returning the goods. Please return the items unworn, with their labels. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and fit.

Refund

We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offer, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used (PayPal), unless you agree otherwise; you pay no fee for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of sending them, whichever is earlier.

Faulty goods

Your right to withdraw is separate from your legal rights for goods that do not conform to the contract, which last 2 years from delivery. See the Terms of sale.
