Orders are packed and shipped from a warehouse in Poland.

Where we deliver

Poland: home delivery by courier.
Other European Union countries we serve: delivery to an InPost pickup point.

The countries available today are listed in the delivery country choice at checkout.

Fees

The delivery fee depends on the country and the method. It is shown in the bag and at checkout before you pay, together with the order value from which delivery is free.

Delivery times

The expected delivery time is shown next to each delivery method at checkout, in working days from shipping. We send you an email with the tracking link when your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Parcels

An order may arrive in more than one parcel. Each parcel has its own tracking number, shown on your order page.
